Waterborne- Bitumen Based Single Component Liquid Membrane

Tesla Master BL 500 is a one-component, bitumen-based, liquid mixture in a 17 kg polyethylene bucket.  After the evaporation of the water in its content, sticking strongly to the surface, it forms a layer which is resistant to water and moisture.

Application Areas:

Tesla Master BL 500 is used on all horizontal and vertical surfaces, foundation insulation, wet areas such as bathroom, kitchen, toilet.

Surface Preparation

Application  surface should be free from dust, dirt, rust and oil and the loose parts should be scraped. Spikes and corners should be rounded. Large pores and cracks must be filled with Repair Mortar. 

Application

Tesla Master BL 500 is cold applied and ready to use in its package. Depending on weather conditions, it dries for about 6 to 8 hours. It is applied on moist but not wet surfaces. It should not be applied in rainy weather or at temperatures below +5°C. The other layer should not be applied before one layer is completely dry.
