Membrane Primer
Tesla Master Kote, by mixing with water thanks to the Bitumen emulsifier, prepares a retaining ground for insulation material that will be applied to the surface. After the evaporation of the water in its content, it forms a layer which increases adhesion.
Application Areas
It is applied to all areas where polyester non-woven, fiberglass non-woven, and/or liquid membrane is applied.
Application
Membrane Primer is cold applied. After mixing with about 20% water, it is applied with a bitumen brush or spray gun. Depending on weather conditions, it dries in about 4-5 hours. It should not be applied in rainy weather or at temperatures below +5C.

Surface Preparation
Application surface should be free from dust, dirt, rust and oil and the loose parts should be scraped. Spikes and corners should be rounded. Large pores and cracks must be filled with Repair Mortar.

Advantages:
It is very economical and easy to apply. As it does not contain flammable or toxic substances, it can be safely used indoors. Being water-based, it is environmentally friendly. As it contains water, it provides a good adhesion even if the surface is moist. It is ready to use and cold applied. It does not require heating or thinning.
Warnings
Keep out of reach of children (S2). Eyes and skin must be protected in all chemical studies (S24/25). Wear suitable gloves and goggles while working (S36/39).
