High UV Resistant & Single Component waterborne, resin-based, polymer reinforced, Acrylic (elastomeric) Liquid Membrane

Tesla Master Suv 600 is a ready-to-use, seamless insulation coating with high UV resistance, waterproof, 400% elastic structure.

Application Areas

It is applied:

• On terrace roofs and balconies. 
• In gutters and outer coating of reinforced concrete buildings.
• On surfaces such as concrete, plaster, screed, brick, gas concrete, metal, wood, PVC etc..
• All wet areas such as bathroom, WC, kitchen.

Surface Preparation

Application  surface should be free from dust, dirt, rust and oil and the loose parts should be scraped. For good adhesion, a layer of primer should be applied to the concrete surfaces before application. Spikes should be rounded and areas suitable for cracking, such as horizontal / vertical joints, should be angled with waterproofing tape. Large pores and cracks should be filled with joint sealant.

Application

Tesla Master Suv 600 is cold applied and ready to use in its package. Depending on weather conditions, it dries for about 6 to 8 hours. It is applied on moist but not wet surfaces. It should not be applied in rainy weather or at temperatures below +5°C. The other layer should not be applied before one layer is completely dry. It is applied with brush or roller quickly and easily. It does not form seams.
